Swim is an extraordinary journey. The fish swims from the depths of the ocean towards the surface. The little fish glimmers magically in the darkness. When the fish reaches the surface, it jumps with joy, unaware of what lies above.

This film is made using the Traditional Method of animation, using straight-ahead animation. The medium of Soft Pastels over Black Chart Paper is used to add to the narrative. The erased drawings of the previous frames, gives the fish a beautiful trail.

The Book of the City of Ladies | Collaborative Seminar

2019

This is the result of an online seminar that simultaneously took place in several art schools and institutions around the world based on The Book of the City of Ladies written by Christine de Pizan in 1405.

The author confronts the misogyny that characterized not only the literature of her day in Europe but also the representation of women reaching back across the ages.

I sing in the now | Animated Short

2019

This film is animated from the point of view of a Cuckoo bird in a wall clock. The clock doors open and close as the Cuckoo chimes in a café, through the drain of a suburban street, in a tunnel and so on. The Cuckoo sings through space and time, progressively landing up in unexpected places, almost intruding the privacy until it lands in a dark forest filled densely with fireflies.

Super Colony | Animated Short

2020

Hunger is the consequence of the world's simplest problem - Food Wastage. We have enough to feed everyone but lose a lot because of wastage. The film tells the story of a super colony, which learns to line in oneness.

Too many people are hungry not because there is dearth of food. It is because there is dearth of love and care in human hearts. You think you are a person, but you are a Colony.
